 Maria Elena Bello is an American actress from the United States. Permanent Midnight (1998) and Payback (1999), Coyote Ugly (2006), The Cooler (2004), A History of Violence (2006), The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor (2008). Grown Ups (2010), Prisoners (2013). Lights Out (2016). Bello has starred on television in roles including Dr. Anna Del Amico (1997), Payback (1999) and Coyote Ugly (2000) and The Cooler (2003), A History of Violence (2005), Michelle McBride (2016) as well as Special Agent Jacqueline Sloane (2021-2021). Bello was born in Norristown to Kathy Bello and Joe Bello. [7][8] In political science Bello was a student in political science at Villanova University. Bello continued to train in acting through participation in numerous New York theatre productions. Bello was married to Dan McDermott and has a son who is named Jackson. Bello wrote about her relationship with Clare Munn in November 2013. She released a book titled Whatever...Love Is love: Questioning the labels we assign to ourselves (Dey Street Books, April 28 and 29, 2015).
